Washington, D.C.- The Natural Products Association (NPA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Cliff Kendrick as its new Senior Vice President of Membership Services and Business Development. As the organization enters its historic 90th anniversary, Cliff will drive strategic growth initiatives, elevate member engagement, and expand business development efforts to support the organization’s mission and long-term goals.
Cliff has more than 25 years of experience in business development, sales leadership and strategic partnerships across the nutrition, food and natural products industries. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Strategic Business Development at OmniActive Health Technologies, where he played a pivotal role in expanding commercial opportunities and strengthening industry relationships.
Prior to OmniActive, Cliff held leadership positions at INW Group and Capstone Nutrition. His expertise spans market expansion, cross-sector partnerships and organizational growth strategy.

In his new role, Cliff will oversee member services programs, enhance value-driven engagement across the membership community, and lead strategic business development initiatives that support the organization’s growth and operational excellence.
