Beginning in September 2025, the Natural Products Association is launching a Retailer Town Hall series of webinars. This quarterly education series will update retail members on recent and impending government action items impacting their businesses. This series is not only intended to educate members but to ensure that NPA is further aligned with the evolving needs of natural product retailers.

1:00 p.m. – 1:10 p.m. Introduction of town hall by NPA President and CEO Dan Fabricant, Ph.D., overview of NPA’s advocacy wins and current priorities, and importance of retailer engagement.
1:10 p.m. – 1:25 p.m. Retailer risk briefing: NPA VP of Government Affairs Kyle Turk dissects what’s coming from FDA, the states & Congress.
1:25 p.m. – 1:40 p.m. Dr. Fabricant explores the MAHA movement, impact of MAHA reports on retailers and direction of supplement policy and enforcement under HHS Secretary RFK Jr. and FDA Commissioner Dr. Marty Makary.
1:40 p.m. – 1:55 p.m. Open Q&A moderated by NPA VP of communications Josh Long, including soliciting feedback on what NPA should be doing for retailers and requested policy priorities.
1:55 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Closing remarks by Dr. Fabricant.
