- The International Regulatory Affairs Committee: Convenes regulatory, legal and government affairs leaders to anticipate and address the most complex developments across the EU, UK, Canada, LATAM and APAC. The committee monitors emerging requirements — ingredient classification (e.g., novel foods, drug-preclusion analogues), claims and green marketing standards, digital/QR labeling, contaminants and testing, sports nutrition and WADA issues, cross-border e-commerce, tariffs and customs — and converts intelligence into action. These actions include comment letters and coalition sign-ons, comparative regulatory matrices, regulatory engagements and member guidance that accelerates approval pathways, reduces compliance risk and protects market access.
