The FDA has finally responded to a citizen petition submitted on March 7th, 2023, by NPA and ANH.

NPA called the announcement of James Jones’ selection to serve as the first Deputy Commissioner for Human Foods troubling.

The Natural Products Association today, in a Request for Information (RFI) response, submitted its proposal to regulate cannabidiol (CBD) to the United States House and Senate.
