The Natural Products Association (NPA) is excited to announce its annual federal government advocacy Fly-In on Capitol Hill, which is scheduled for Wednesday, May 22.
Despite intense lobbying efforts by NPA in 2022 to secure a veto by Governor Gavin Newsom, the California State Assembly Health Committee advanced AB 82, which would restrict and prohibit access to dietary supplements.
NPA filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York asserting the recently enacted New York law prohibiting and restricting dietary supplements is unconstitutional.
These educational webinars will provide a comprehensive overview of the inner workings of both the United States Food and Drug Administration and the Federal Trade Commission.
The NPA Awards salute industry pioneers and leaders for their accomplishments in science, environmental issues, advocacy, social responsibility, and the industry at large.
